The OMAD carnivore diet is a big jump for most people, and sounds scary to some, so i’ve come up with a few improvements you can make in a series of steps.

- Cut out soft drinks and sugar
- Cut out Seed Oils
- Cut out Soy
- Cut out Gluten
- Cut out all beige foods (Twinkies, Wonderbread etc)
- Cut out all “foods” that come in a box
- Eat only foods with less than 5 ingredients
- Eat only Whole Foods
- Cut out Dairy (except for butter)
- Go Keto (LCHF = low carb high fat)
- Add Intermittent Fasting (8 hr daily eating window)
- Go Full Carnivore – Meat Only
- OMAD Carnivore (One Meal Per Day)
