Baby Steps

 

The OMAD carnivore diet is a big jump for most people, and sounds scary to some, so i’ve come up with a few improvements you can make in a series of steps.

  • —-Babysteps to better health—-
  • Cut out soft drinks and sugar
  • Cut out Seed Oils
  • Cut out Soy
  • Cut out Gluten
  • Cut out all beige foods (Twinkies, Wonderbread etc)
  • Cut out all “foods” that come in a box
  • Eat only foods with less than 5 ingredients
  • Eat only Whole Foods
  • Cut out Dairy (except for butter)
  • Go Keto (LCHF = low carb high fat)
  • Add Intermittent Fasting (8 hr daily eating window)
  • Go Full Carnivore – Meat Only
  • OMAD Carnivore (One Meal Per Day)
